Cha Sa-Soon, a 68 year old South Korean woman, passed the written test for her driver’s license on the 950th attempt.  Sa-Soon had been trying to pass the written portion of the licensing requirement since April, 2005 and has spent a total of $4,200 in all her attempts.  Keep in mind that the passing score for the written test is a mere 60%.
